    ...when you don't have anything to do you end up reminiscing.

    My life's pretty steady now... makes me think of all the things I used to do before that I don't do now.  Just cause you're older and wiser and less erratic in terms of things you'd do and don't do.  Funny, coz I remember how little I thought about things I did in the past.  I guess back then it was more like who cares, no responsibility type of mentality.  Part of me misses that in a way.  I miss just doing things coz' I feel like it.  I miss being selfish and thinking only of what I want and doing almost everything by the spur of the moment.  Of course actions like that did not come without repercussions... but I don't regret it anyway.  I learn a lot from that moment in my life.  After all, you learn mostly from your mistakes... and I had a lot.  And just the fact that those times were probably the most fun I had.  Ahh.. to be young.  Sucks to think that I'm getting old... not yet old, but getting there.  Hmm... see, it's good to have those memories.  I can honestly say I was "wild" once... hehe.  Anyway, back to being mature.

    I'm a crybaby...

    ...when it comes to realy really sappy movies, or not even the really really sappy movie; just sappy movies in general.  I mean sobbing with tears rolling down my face, snot, and lots off tissues kind of crying.  What the hell... haha. I'd laugh @ me if I saw me.  *sigh.  I'm killing time today and watching movies on my laptop.  It's like I extended my 4th of July weekend by calling out monday.  I was like dreaming the whole time I was in Toronto.  Lack of sleep for old folks like me is baaaddd... I take that back, I'm not old.  .  TO was fun.  It's been a good 4-5 years since I visited.  I remember how I use to go there every summer.  I guess I got nowhere else to go to back then.  Not that TO was such a bad place to visit.. just wished I monopolized more of my time back then.  Anyhow, pictures are uploaded - check em' out.

    I'm off till tomorrow!!! yey!

    ...been a while.

    My externship is finally over.  I actually get to have a break - for real this time - after the year of hell in nursing school.  I get to sleep pass 6am this time... yesss! Oh and not to mention that I am almost a nurse.  I say the hardest part of this whole career change is over.  I graduated and I'm happy that I won't have to see my nursing instructor's face again-long story.  I should really be studying for the boards though... but I think a week of doing nothing would be enough of a motivation for me to start reviewing. 

    On another note... I made leche flan for the first time today and it was edible... and yummy I might add.  Almost like my mom makes it.   

    Let's see... what to cook next???
